We were dry camping in a remote area of Colorado and the DC went out in our motorhome. The local Napa Auto Parts store gave us a business card for Rich/Freedom Mobile RV. Rich was very responsive and got out to our location quickly. He was able to diagnose the problem (severed ground) quickly and get us back up and running. The price was very fair. I don’t know what we would have done otherwise – have a miserable vacation or travel 4 hours each way to a subpar service center? So hands down, 5 stars here. Rich and Freedom Mobile RV are fast, professional, knowledgeable, and fair. We would not hesitate to call him again

I had issues with my TV splitters and satellite dish. Rich figured it out and all are working fine now. I’m very pleased with his work.

I had a water leak under my RV sink as well as an issue with my hot water heater. Rich arrived quickly and was able to resolve both issues. Rich is courteous and professional. I would definitely use his service again.

Rich and Eli were the best RV tech support I’ve gotten anywhere, including a big service center. Rich fixed my sewer leak, black tank issues and completely rebuilt my vacu-flush motor, seals, and wiring due to all of the old (supposedly fixed previously by a big service center) parts. They came onsite in a day. Rich had all the parts on hand in his truck (no waiting for parts ordering) and I got to stay in my home and office and work all day with my pets inside while they fixed everything. If you could give 200 stars I would. It was a NASTY job. They are amazing! He also identified the root of my inverter issue which turned out to be batteries and he’s getting me new maintenance-free ones. I truly cannot recommend this company and couple anymore other than I might travel around near them in case anything else breaks!!

My husband and I arrived at a campground in Gunnison, Colorado and our jacks would not go down. Therefore we could not even take the 5th wheel off the truck. We got the number for Freedom Mobile RV Service from the campground. It was late in the evening so we left a message and Rich returned our call later that night. He had to be in another town the next morning BUT he started his day a lot earlier by coming to help us at 7:00 that morning. He diagnosed the problem right off the bat as a sheared screw that operated the right jack, and had it repaired in no time. While he was there the handle to our door broke off. He did not have the part but told us where we might find one. We found that part and he came back out the next day and installed that handle. He was so friendly, very knowledgeable, efficient, and arrives at the time he tells you. I would highly recommend him.
